Waste of time – doesn’t do what I needed – Seller doesn’t refund

I bought this item to extract key sales information from my woocommerce store for a flash sale promotion. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the information needed (top products for a specific brand by date range – number and value). So unfortunately I couldn’t use the plugin. I paid $50 as this would have solved my headache and time to develop a solution in a few hours. As it didn’t do the job, I had to do a manual extract of the WooCommerce orders and apply filters to extract this key information.
As such, this plugin was of no use to me. Unfortunately the seller doesn’t offer any refund. So I both lost time and money with this = frustration so pass your way on this plugin. Until someone does a slice and dice plugin for WC or WC beefs up its reporting, your only option is to extract data from the db and use Excel/Google Sheets… Crazy in this day and age…
