Waste of time, don’t use

  • Plugin throws 20 php warning notices due to bad coding, which makes WP dashboard unusable, then claims “you don’t have javascript installed” (??), which renders the form utterly useless. There is literally no developer documentation at all except a list of hook names without any info on how to use them or how to include the form in your theme. Hell, they don’t even mention the shortcode that embeds the form in post editor. It’s nice that this is free but all the money you save you will spend 10x over in figuring out how (or if) this mess works.

    I do really wish you’d reached out or even visited the links right on the product’s dashboard (which also has the shortcode right in front) rather than just banging out a 1-star review. But hey, that’s your right.

    Sorry you had difficulty. Most likely you had WP_DEBUG turned on, which is a tool for testing. That should be off in a production environment. You also mentioned a concern about a lack of documentation, so I’m guessing you didn’t find either the Seamless Donations codex for developers or all the other documentation and video resources.
