Wasted my time with plugin!

Plugin does not work for the 10 videos as advertised! It has 4 entries but only 1 video will work! I am surprised no one else has reported this! I have tried this many times without success! I am a programmer too! Also there needs to be some work on the GUI interface when using the self hosted. If you allow the wordpress entries of the play list of videos to show up than it should work by selecting them! It does not!!! Yes it has the option to put your own link in but who wants to go search for the link when you already have the WordPress playlist available. Again needs some work and I wouldn’t brag about this plugin at all!

I have no idea how you use our plugin. Please make sure you have followed the exact instructions provided on our “Getting Started” documentation here https://plugins360.com/all-in-one-video-gallery/documentation/
I guess you should have tried using the wrong shortcode. If possible, please let me know the exact steps you have followed. So, I can get a clue on the issue and assist you accordingly.
Also there needs to be some work on the GUI interface when using the self-hosted.
We always give high importance to the GUI and I thought we are having a better GUI. Please feel to share with us your suggestion related to this. We are always ready to hear from you. So, we can take note of them for our future development.
If you allow the WordPress entries of the playlist of videos to show up then it should work by selecting them! It does not!!!
I understand you are using the “Upload File” option from our plugin to add your video. Generally, this opens the WordPress built-in Media manager in a popup and allows you to select a video. Is this NOT working for you?

Being a developer, you know the pain of other developers too. We had put hundreds of our hours into developing this plugin and still working on it. If we had a chance to investigate your issues, maybe you had changed your opinion on the plugin. Please understand that each WordPress environment is different with different server, plugins & theme setup, etc. In reality, we cannot test with all.
Also, the beauty of WordPress is its hooking mechanism. But, this gives chances for a third-party plugin to interfere with another plugin’s logic. For example, Our videos belong to a CUSTOM POST TYPE “videos”. So, a plugin that extends the WordPress CUSTOM POST TYPE can interfere with our plugin logic and stop it from working. So, it’s always advisable to contact the plugin author when you find any issues.
