• What looked like a promising plugin turned out to be a nightmare when I purchased their premium version Ultimate. Their support is terrible and some of the basic features required for operations are missing and they keep prodding for buying additional plugin. Even request for paid customization is turned down for lack of time available. Elaborately laid out menu and settings have no meaning if it fails on some basic functions. Biggest problem is the lack of customization of reports. You may not have much choice if you decide what to show and what not. If you have to filter a report, You have to spend a good 10-20 seconds even to find the vendor. If you do know the name of the vendor, God save you! Forget Ajax, changing tab is truly excruciating. I hope it was only my experience that was bad, made worse with lack of support.

    Which is basic feature for you may be not for others. Features are totally depending upon marketplace site’s requirment and concept.

    Now it’s also not possible for us to add all those additional features under free or paid addons.

    You have purchased paid addon, that’s great. But it never imply we will implement all features which will be requested by you.

    If something small then our support team provide code snippet. But everything not possible with snippet, require serious customisation.

    Haven’t asked for a moon. I was also prepared to pay for customization. You had kept me waiting for days before you said no. In total, I have raised 4 queries on your paid support platform, I have been refused for all. And, all I wanted was some irritants to be removed. I never asked for any feature.

    You have claimed your plugin to be best marketplace plugin. If the admin cannot manager the vendors and their orders comfortably, it will only dent your claim to the glory.

    I believe you have a good potential but the utter lack of empathy for your customer will not stand you in good stead. The least you can do is to respond in time rather than wait for an eternity.
