We sent a reminder 10 days prior the renewal, but you didn’t cancel the subscription until the renewal day.

We have a short, clear and simple license agreement, and at the checkout you said, you have read and accept the terms and conditions. Also at the checkout it is clearly visible it is a yearly subscription.

8/a is about the refund policy in general:
You can request a refund without any specific reason within 14 days from the (first) purchase. After 14 days no refunds can be processed.

8/c also explains with an example:
You can cancel your subscription any time you want. To avoid getting charged for the next billing period, you need to cancel at least one day before the next scheduled billing date. If you have a Quarterly fee and cancel this on the first day of the new billing period, the subscription will be terminated at the end of this period, and you won’t get a refund for the current one. The same with the monthly or annual subscription model. You will not be eligible for the refund even if you cancel your subscription at the beginning of the 3-month period.

I made 2 screenshots as well:

    Hi,

As you can see in this pic attached – we already cancelled.
    https://pasteboard.co/JPDywgR.jpg

YOU or YOUR system activated our prior licens without us accepting.

We do not read your emails – because we have no business togheter – it is cancelled long time ago due to that after buyin and testing your plugin – it didnt improve our page.

    Therefore you are stealing money.

It is not about renewal or not.

You or your system is doing stuff it should not do.

So just refund the money thrue Paypal – we have started a claim there.

I can also see that others have the same experience, so if you think you are doing right?
Then it may be a good idea to rethink how you are doing your business and overlook what is happening i you system.

    Hi,

I just checked it. You created the original subscription on February 20, 2019.

Then you cancelled it immediately on the account page, so the subscription ended on February 20. 2020.

Then you resubscribed manually on February 21. 2020. (you didn’t even use the same data for the subscription, the first was a company account, for the resubscribe you didn’t provide company info)
    Resubscribe Order: https://www.evernote.com/l/AkAHcb6FD6dKiJuhuvLsml4Zu3FUnV121PA

The plugin was also active in 2020 on your site, so you actively used it:

Moreover, it is impossible to reactivate cancelled subscriptions, PayPal requires user interaction for this.

That because decided PayPal on our favor in this case:

You have the right to leave 1 star review of course, but you should be more careful what you say in it, because if it is not true and can harm our reputation (like calling us thief), then we may take legal action.

    Thank you ??
