Watch up for the update

Have Gallery Bank 1.9.3 Pro.
The sorting function doesn’t work. Asked for an update. Got a mail asking for access to my site and than another mail asking for order id to send upgrade.
Sent order id, never got upgrade.
Now there is an update to Gallery Bank 2.0 and when I upgrade I loose all my galleries.
I’m not impressed.
