Watermark and specify cache validator

  • Hello, we use a string on our htacces file
    RewriteRule (.*)wp-content/uploads/(.*)/(.*) $1watermark.php?p=br&q=90&src=wp-content/uploads/$2/$3

    That block the Specify a cache validator

    Theres a way to resolve that?
