Watermark feature

    Hello,

    I was wondering about the watermark feature. For example I did a test on my images and watermarked them all eg test.com, and now they all seem to be watermarked with that. I have tried creating another gallery and setting the watermark feature as “none” and the test.com still remains.

    How can I remove this please.

    Dear GoldieGal,

    Please make sure you have set the watermark to none within the shortcode of the newly created gallery and not within options settings. This should resolve the issue. Thank you.

    Hi there thanks so much for replying. Here is the shortcode [Best_Wordpress_Gallery id=”6″ gal_title=”assorted gallery”]

    There is mention of watermark in the shortcode, but the photos are still all watermarked.

    Is this correct? Or do I need to reupload the whole gallery again, as they ware all watermarked with test.com?

    Dear GoldieGal,

    There is no need of uploading the gallery images again. The shortcode doesn’t indicate whether it uses the watermark or not. Please go to the Gallery, select all images and press Reset button. This will remove the watermark if it was added previously. Thank you.

    Ok great, that worked, yes it was set with the watermark but that got rid of it, thanks for your help.
