watermark image not transparent

    Hi, can you please send an example of an image that you have a problem with, or provide the website address?

    Hi Anna, can we know the specifications of the PNG file used as watermark?, i can not make it transparent once is aplied

    If you want to have an image watermark with opacity, you can either upload a jpg image and set opacity on the Watermark edit page, or you can upload an image that already contains opacity in png format. You will not be able to set opacity on png image by the plugin though.

    Also, there might be an issue with the image processing library in your server which is not capable of processing the transparency.

    We are currently working on a cloud version of this plugin which will process images in our controlled environment.
