Watermark not created (neither Restore or Create)

  • Plugin has worked fine for some time. But then at some point it stopped working (watermark is not applied).
    Settings for “Maximum image height” and “Maximum image width” are set on higher values than uploaded image resolution is.
    I have check errors in “Account Keys”, and there are no errors.
    Also I have check Apache and nginx logs, and there also are no errors.
    Version of WP is 5.7.1
    Version of Product Watermark for WooCommerce is 1.3.3.1
    Is there some limitation on number of images which can be watermarked?
    Any other idea what is wrong?

    Hello,

    Please update plugin to latest version to check what can be the issue. New version of plugin has more error detection and must display error for any issue.

    I have upgrade plugin to version 1.3.3.2

    Then I have tried to apply watermark and it is not applied.
    I have check log files in “Account Keys”, and there are no errors.

    Hello,

    Please provide plugin settings screenshot.
    How exactly you trying to apply watermarks? Did you try to restore images and create it again?

    Thank you for your fast feedback.
    Here are screens of my settings:

    Values are high just for test … to eliminate too low values.

    As not all images should have watermark, I don’t apply them on uploading them, but manualy from image galery settings (https://www.izradamobilneaplikacije.com/BeRocket/br-sc3.jpg).
    I have try “Restore” and “Create” function on image specific image, but it does not apply watermark.

    Hello,

    We checked plugin and it work correct.

    Not sure what issue can be on your site, because if plugin do not display any errors after click “Create” button, then all must work correct.
    Also check JavaScript error in browser console, when you click “Create” button.

    Yes, I know, it’s strange … but it’s not working.
    I have also checked and there are no JS errors when I create “Create” button.
    Any other ideas? I hope you have some. ??

    Hello,

    The only way is debug plugin code on your site.
    If your know PHP code and can do it, then you can check add_watermark_to_images function from main.php file.
