Watermark not working

  • I am creating a directory using Directorist plugin. I want to add a watermark to each listing photo. This is the plugin that Directorist recommends. These are the settings I am using for the watermark but its not working https://ibb.co/y0zWPYZ

    Can anybody tell me what I am doing wrong?
