Watermark problem in NextGEN Gallery

  • We recently moved a WordPress site for a client to a new server and hosting company. The site runs fine, except the client is experiencing problems when wanting to add images to a Gallery.

    The client used to be able to just FTP the larges size of the image and then add it to the Gallery via the WordPress admin panel. The system would then automatically link the thumb and larger image, and add a watermark to the large image.

    This functionality seems to have disappeared during the transfer to the new server – does anyone have any idea what the problem might be? The client uses the NextGEN Gallery plugin.
