The watermark will no longer apply to images being loaded. I have checked all settings and the feature is turned on. It somehow was turned off and I turned it back on but it has not been working since that. I have tried removing the image and re-adding and clearing cache and nothing seems to be working.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @klavinder,

I’d make sure that the watermark image didn’t got relocated or removed in the meantime by opening its link separately to see if the image is properly loading.

After that, please check to see ( and let us know ) if it applies or no for the preview image within "Other Options -> Watermark". Also, it would worth checking to see if text watermarks are correctly functioning or not.

    Hy @imagely

Somehow I suddenly have the same bug when inserting watermarks in the NextGEN Gallery.

With watermarks, you can use the image URL as the source of the .dgn that is to be used as the watermark. I now have the problem that my previously used .dgn
    (Current logo)
does not work anymore. I can use any .dgn link (for example a test Logo ) as a source from the Internet, which works, but no url address of my homepage. Is there something wrongly set or how can I fix it?
(Entering text is also possible, only the “Use an image” as a watermark from my homepage is not.)

    Thanks for input`

    Hi @anfaenger1,

Debugging watermarking related issues is complex and while it seems to be the same, the cases may differ.

Still, I must say that we’ve seen that happening in the past ( NextGen not liking the locally hosted watermark image’s URL but working if using a image hosted on a different domain or even CDN ) so respectively, we’d like to have the possibility to document it for the dev team in case that you wouldn’t mind submitting it as a Bug Report here https://www.imagely.com/report-bug/ in this way escalating the issue.

    Thanks in advance
