watermarking and resizing images

  • Lately I have been using (and loving) the Scissors plugin, which can resize and crop images and also can add watermarks.

    I know that the WordPress core is developing some of the image resizing and cropping capabilities, but will it also include the watermarking capability? I certainly hope it does- this is so very useful to me.
