watermarking not working

Installed scissors continued 2.1 today. Rotate, crop, resize work very well. Water marking doesn’t work at all. Image file set as wp-content/uploads/2012/12/watermark.png . Have tried downloading new images, watermarking previously downloaded images, and every variation of the file name – nothing works. site is https://www.stevewallet.com/blog/
