Way to display traffic info on form (e.g. Google/FB)

    Hi guys,

    I was just wondering if there’s a way to show where form submissions are coming from, e.g. Google or Facebook, as I’m using both to drive traffic and it would be nice to know when the form submission gets emailed to me where the user came from.

    Is this possible? Thanks for your help! ??
