• I like it, but Super Socia Plugin does the same thing with way more features including the ones you have to pay for with this plugin. With Super Social I get Google, Facebook, Twitter, and many more. Plus, the features with this plugin that I have to pay for…like new user register, comes with Super Social Free. This pricing is ridiculous for a simple plugin like this.
    1-10 Google Apps users – $29.00
    11-50 Google Apps users – $49.00
    51-100 Google Apps users – $99.00
    101-300 Google Apps users – $199.00
    301-500 Google Apps users – $349.00
    500+ Google Apps users – $499.00

  • Thank you for taking the time to write your review.

Of course, I completely understand your point of view and can believe that the other plugin you mention suits your needs perfectly.

Anyone who isn’t familiar with our pricing structure for the Premium/Enterprise plugins, please note that this includes detailed support for 12 months. At the higher end for larger companies, rolling out a WordPress intranet is a major undertaking and our experience in integrating Google Apps into WordPress (we also have other related plugins) makes us an invaluable partner in this.

It often takes days of support to talk our clients through the details, advise on compatibilities with other plugins, and hand-hold through the deployment. At that point, our prices are genuinely inexpensive compared to hiring a contractor to help with the deployment (who probably wouldn’t have the same depth of experience in this narrow field).

Generally speaking, smaller companies don’t need the same level of support or features – and our pricing reflects that.

Just to further clarify for anyone who may be interested in our feature set which is specialized for companies with their own Google Apps domain: our plugins are intended to control access to WordPress for employees only (e.g. roles determined by membership of Google Groups), and so it’s not relevant for anyone looking for Google+, Twitter, or Facebook logins etc for the general public. Super Social Login sounds great for that scenario.

    Regards,

    Dan
