  • Hi saucer78,

    I can’t access the link you gave as it’s a draft. Would you mind temporarily publishing it so that I could help you more.

    I also have tested the same way you did on both Firefox 29 and Chrome; although the elements exist in HTML, I haven’t seen it show up on browsers.

    Look forward to getting more feedback from you!

    Kind regards,
    InnoGears Support Team.

    Weird. I’ve just tested again in Firefox and Chrome (making sure I’m signed out of WP, with a fresh cache) and am still seeing the black boxes.

    Sorry about that draft, here’s a good link: https://getsrsly.com/?page_id=237

    Hi saucer78,

    You can open your theme stylesheet file then add this line to temporary fix the problem :

    .jsn-bootstrap3 .carousel .carousel-caption {
         display: none !important;
    }

    I also passed this matter to development team to include an option to hide this part completely in next version.

    Worked perfectly – thanks so much!
