Way to see reviews on my site

Hi, is there a way that i can restrict the reviews that i see on the admin dashboard? For example, i will only see the reviews that are posted on my posts once i click the site reviews section on the admin dashboard. Because i used the plugin “Adminimize” to remove other menus on dashboard and only showed the site reviews section. Because right now all reviews are being shown. Thanks!
