Way too many redirects

I created a website couple of days back. Tested it on GTMetrix and it was all A’s. I bought the SSL certificate today and tested it again, and the “Minimize redirects” is rated F now.

Is it something to do with Http => https transition or can it be something else?

Can’t find anything on google. Need to fix this.
