WBS Doesn’t work anymore since i updated it

    Hi

    Everything was working fine until i updated your plugin.
    Now it doesn’t recognize shipping method anymore.
    I desactivated all other plugins without success.

    Could you help me please ?

    WooCommerce 6.3.1
    Weight Based Shipping 5.3.19
    PHP 7.4.28

    3. Take any item into cart, ship to “Belgique”

    4. It normally have to say 19€

    5. it says
    “Options de livraison introuvables pour Belgique.”

    Thank you. Your settings look good to me.

    Please try the following:

    1. Add the built-in Flat Rate shipping method to Zone 1. Does it appear as a shipping option on the cart page?

    2. Add a new WBS rule to Zone 1:
    Weight Rate: charge 1 for each 0 over 0
    (leave all other options in their default state).
    Does it appear on the cart page? If so, what is the price?

    1. it appears for normal customer and for reseller (b2bking plugin)

    2. the new rule appears with 456€, for normal customer and for reseller, but still not my WBS rules

    Could you try to deactivate all other plugins and switch to the default theme to see if it helps?

    There it’s done

    It shows:
    Flat Rate shipping : 10,90€
    Weight Based Shipping: 456,00€
    but still not my WBS rules

    Can you please go to administration and take a look why there is this malfunction

    At this moment, it seems working for me: https://imgur.com/2GERq16.

    It shows:
    Flat Rate shipping : 10,90€
    Weight Based Shipping: 456,00€
    but still not my WBS rules

    The total weight of this order is 456g. While the lowest rule you have starts with 500g. That’s why you don’t see the shipping option.
