WBS stopped working after apply WC v3.6.1 today

We are still testing the latest update. However, we didn’t notice any issues with settings. Could you provide more details and steps to reproduce the issue?

same here.

The plugin stopped working after last update of WooCommerce. The plugin is updated at version 5.2.5 and Woocommerce updated at version 3.6.1.

In cart and checkout pages the plugin stopped to add the shipping cost row in the order review. Customers are now buying without paying shipping cost.

No messages or error in both frontend or code.

Any solution? Can you check the compatibility of the plugin with last Woocommerce version?

We found the solution to the issue.

We post it for other users.
Seems that with the last update of Woocommerce in Shipping -> Shipping Zones, zones are deleted.
So the zone we created and used since yesterday with shipping method selected Weight Based Shipping was gone.

We ricreated it and all is working good.

Hi Dan, my client didn’t have any shipping zones, just rules which stopped after WC v3.6,1 was applied, will your plugin update fix this as have had to roll back to yesterdays backup for now as is a large int’l eComm site.

Right, the issue you mentioned is expected to be fixed with the last update. Anyway, it’s always good to have a recent backup and test changes on a staging copy before going to production.
