?wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments Takes Too long

Hi Everyone,
We have problem with ?wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments request. We check its performance from gtmetrix. Sometimes it takes 2 seconds and sometimes it increases more than 5 seconds…
When it is more than 5 seconds, it takes nearly 7-8 seconds for a user to add an item to the cart which is insane.
We tried WP Rocket and litespeed cache and both have similar results..
Our website doesn’t have much traffic and generally have 6-7 visitors inside. Our cpu floats between %10-15 and there is no high load on it as well.
Do you have any idea why this might happen and how we can improve it?

ps. Disabling cart fragments is not an option for us as we are running an ecommerce website.
