WC Cart shows Shipping, without it Enabled…. problem…

    Hi there. On our theme and a default theme, when something is in the cart, the Cart shows the Shipping options. This is when we are logged in.

    The “enable calculation on basket” is not checked, so why does it show the options?

    We want it to only show the options on the Checkout when we know where it is being posted.

    It’s not down to the theme, as it does it with a default theme. And it’s not down to another plugin as all other plugins are disabled.
