WC Extensions error

I have 2 sister WP+WC sites. One is cloned from the other, but the theme, plugins, etc are licensed separately, and the 2nd had a fresh db when installed.
Woocommerce > Extensions is throwing an error on both sites:

WP 6.6.1, WC 9.1.4, all theme/plugins up to date.
