WC Marketplace and hierarchy location filter

Hello!.
WC Marketplace recommended me to use your plugin as I need a hierarchy location filter in my website and it looks awesome but I am a bit lost about how can I get it.
The point is I don′t need to get the product geo-localized (yet), but only a system of filters that allows to filter by location of the product in terms of Country, City and District (linked to the product, category, etc.)
When installing your product the vendor can perfectly add the location and gets registered, but when selecting the widgets, I can not find the simple structure of filter hierarchically by Country, City and District.
“WOOF – WooCommerce Products Filter” allows to easily create a hierarchy location filter linked to the parameters I need, but I guess the taxonomies by Country, City and District need to be defined manually. Or could be linked to your plugin?.
Or is it any way to have linked product, category plus Country, City and District with your plugin only?
In addition to this should I still need to pay Google maps or the alternative provider for using just this filter in excess (as I don′t need the geo-localization right now, just a call to the database where the Country, City and District data is loaded)
