WC Product display all out

I’m having trouble with the product display on my site.
I’ve got the thumbnails all hard cropped to the same size and edit them all down the same size before they are uploaded anyway. As you can see from the picture below, that thumbnails are not getting set to the same size causing the menu display looks very messy with them all at different levels and such.
And can anyone tell me how to increase the number of products displayed on the one page?
