You can allow product reviews using the advanced section on the product

Thank you for the confirmation. By default, the reviews are contained in the Additional Product Details section. You can remove reviews using the recommended snippet here:

https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/

Once removed, you can add the reviews to the product page as you see fit. One recommendation I found was to create a snippet to add the reviews using a shortcode:

However, you can contact your theme author for additional product page support.
