WCFM new Vendor Registration not work

  • Hello Respected Support,
    i am free user of WCFM and i am facing an issue with my new vendor registration. when someone click on Become a Vendor then system show full form to fill it and user filled it and click on Confirm and then system show the successful submitted application message to user but as an admin i did not get any notification about new vendor application when member click on again become a vendor system again shown him filled form and again user click on confirm button its again show same as first.

    i am using:
    WCFM – WooCommerce Frontend Manager
    WCFM – WooCommerce Multivendor Marketplace
    WCFM – WooCommerce Multivendor Membership

    also i have disabled membership module from backend panel

    and when i uninstall (WCFM – WooCommerce Multivendor Membership) then system did not showing registration for vendor.

    i have installed this plugin also

    and check the mail trigger so i got when the vendor submits form for registration system did not send any email to the vendor for verification code. but all other emails are wokring very well like new product notifications for admin etc

    sorry, i was disabled the vendor verification email from woocommerce setting and now i have unable it and now email successfully triggered vendor receiving email but when vendor submit the verification code which he got in email system showing error (Email verification code invalid.)

    when a new user registers in the store its role defines as Customer even I have set the primary user role as a subscriber.

    one more update now i have created new vendor from my WCFM admin panel and its successfully created. but when i apply from user end its showing me successfully request sent for review but i did not get any notification or application in my WCFM admin panel.

    i just disabled the vendor Required Approval. but still when i fillup the vendor registration application and submit its showing me vendor application under review

    Hello @jackvale,

    I am facing same issue with my site I am not getting notifications when the vendor fills the form to become a vendor to reject the request or approve it, did you find any solution?

    i am just thinking where is the WCFM support and why they are not replying to us.

    and when i uninstall (WCFM – WooCommerce Multivendor Membership) then system did not showing registration for vendor.

    Vendor registration module comes with WCFM Membership addon, so it’s essential.

    If as Admin you are not receiving emails then install WP Mail logging plugin and check whether emails are triggering or not?

    Also check WooCommerce log, whether any error generating during registration or not?
