Wcfm notification problem

Hello, good morning, the other day, they solved a problem I had with notifications by adding a few lines of code, everything works fine on the pc, but the notifications do not arrive in the chrome of the cell phone, update the counter, update the lists, but it does not sound, nor does the notification appear.
