WCFM SUPPORT is ‘AWOL’ [MISSING]

Does anyone know where they are? I’ve just started developing and all of a sudden my tougher questions are not being answered. Does anyone have a link to their road map? Tutorials are 6 years old, online documentation has no substance in explanation, almost like they are just ‘getting by’. They have no gutenberg blocks at all. I’m seriously contemplating switching, even though I just switched from Dokan, and was happy with what I saw with WCFM, now I am afraid to go to production with NO SUPPORT. I have a YITH plugin and their support is very active. I am thinking about trying their multivendor marketplace. Anyone have any suggestions?
