wcfm withdrawal with paypal are not paid

  • Hello,

    I come to you because we have created a marketplace with paypal payment and set up paypal also for the payment of withdrawals.
    Paypal works very well for the payment of orders.
    I put the withdrawal requests in auto approve and it works very well.
    except that on the paypal no withdrawal request is paid the link is not made!
    I thought that the approval of the requests automatically lead to the debit on the paypal account and the credit of the sellers it’s not the case ?
    I have to send the funds to the merchants manually?
    if you can answer me quickly we have a lot of orders, a manual payment is not possible for us due to the amount of work involved.
    Maybe it’s included in the ultimate version that we don’t have?
    How else to allow an automatic payment to the sellers if with paypal it’s not possible?

  • I have the similar issue, I currently send the payments manually through paypal, however I cannot mark the withdrawal requests as completed as when I approve vendor withdrawals, I get a message in a red box saying that the withdrawal was partially processed – check logs.
    Where are the logs? What does partially processed mean? What do I need to do? I need this resolved urgently.
    If I connect paypal, would the vendors receive the amount automatically as a periodic withdrawal, if I set it up that way?

    Please check at wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> wcfm log -> details for withdrawal request error?

    Woo commerce… orders and the same in WCFM orders.

    I also see another duplication.

    One of the vendors submitted a withdrawal request and it came through twice. I pay them via paypal manually, so luckily noticed that the order numbers were exactly the same.
