• I have bng a great customer of them. I have bought
    WCFM Ultimate Lifetime
    WCFM Analytic Lifetime
    WCFM Group & Staff Lifetime and all the addons from another acc for 1 year

    With lots of hopes after going through customer feedbacks and reviews i decided to buy moving from Dokan. But what i see is super slow support and money asking for customization even for MOST IMPORTANT features.

    1. Shipping cost = weight + distance (I don’t see they have mentioned only 1 shipping type is working at once) … I am struggling to implement this feature from almost a month. still no a solution. This is not an extra UI with features asking. just to make shipping cost considering weight and distance. (MOST IMPORTANT FEATURE)

    2. Adding a tab on main dashboard – giving answers which i don’t want and taking decades to reply.

    3. Maintain complaints got by vendors from customers. and maintain points for vendors. and when reach a maximum amount of points store will disable automatically.

    4. Campaign and promotions (Let vendor Join admin promotions)

    I’m struggling with all these from months. If this is happening even for small important features (Q1, Q2) i should admin all the reviews i see is fake? Well i have got support but this is so bad when taking time to do changes. Kindly consider about this.

    These are customisation requests. Default addons do not support these and we will not in core plugin in feature.

    Between, have you created premium support ticket for these requests? If so, kindly know me those ticket numbers.

    yes supporter im aware of this but the important features and common feature support should be given. right? which is not mentioned. cz we buy with lots of hopes. and i bought with lots of hopes. Im ok with asking for payment with Q3 and Q4 but not 1 and 2.

    And Yes dear supporter i did premium support for two of these (Main 2) and in wordpress forum for rest of the two. ill drop down the premium ticket numbers

    Thanks, I have shared ticket numbers with our premium support team. They will check these with higher priority.

    Between, I understand your point but what features are supported clearly mentioned. No features are common ir exceptional, these are depending upon site’s requirment.
