WCK is not visible on left sidebar

    I have activated the recent version of plugin but it is not showing any additional submenu in the left sidebar as it should.I am using WP (WordPress 4.9.11 running). Please tell me what could be the reason

    Please update to the latest WordPress version.

    Or if this is not possible, please send a screenshot of the left sidebar.

    And please make sure that the plugin is indeed active.
