    We’ve several questions:
    1) Do you use separate “Thank You” page?
    2) Did you receive 3 admin emails and 3 user emails or 6 admin emails?
    3) Could you please send link on your site here or via email [email protected]?

    4) When you submitted form and got 6 emails, how many records for this submission do you have in the Inbox section?

    Hi – I am experiencing the same problem as DrumTone77, although I receive 5 emails not 6.

    To answer your questions:
    – I dont use a separate thank you page
    – I receive 5 emails advising of the new submission, and also 5 emails to the senders email address.
    – here is a link to my site : https://ctswindsor.com.au/contact-us/
    – in the inbox I get all 5 emails coming in.

    Thanks for detailed information.
    Unfortunately, technical support will be available in the next week. We apologize for it.
    Now you can use separate Thank You page to prevent this issue.

    In additional, could you please send via [email protected] your theme, list of the installed plugins, OS and browser? This can be helpful, because we can’t replicate this issue on our development equipment, but it is really exist on your site.
