    NextGEN is current, version 2.1.7
    When I try to access any of my galleries this message is displayed.
    “We cannot display this gallery”
    All of my users (~3k) experience the same.

    In addition, when I click on ‘Manage Galleries’ in WP Admin and select a gallery the gallery view displays no images although the images are there. I can seem them when I navigate directly to a URL for an image.

    I created a test gallery and tried to add an image to it. After I click the Start Upload button, the image appears to upload, but a HTTP Error is displayed. I checked my server and the HTTP service is up and running.

    @theoilrevolution1 – When did this start happening? What changed on your site from the last time you saw it working correctly?

    @theoilrevolution1 temporarily deactivate all plugins other than NextGEN/Plus/Pro, and try again. It works for me ??

    It appears that the issue no longer affecting our site. We had not made any changes to our site that would have prompted the issue. The last change that we made was 3 days ago when we updated the plugin. However, the galleries worked fine after the last NextGEN update. I will monitor my site and report any further issues. At this point everything seems to be fine.

    Any ideas on how to capture this issue if and when it occurs again?

    @theoilrevolution1 – This reads like a cache related issue … if that is the case, then if it happens again it will likely clear on its own again as well. I’m not sure if there is any way to capture a cached problem that standard troubleshooting (such as clearing caches) would not affect.

    Thanks for the update, though, it is appreciated; and, if this does happen again, please feel free to start another topic so we can try to sort it out all the same.
