    I’m having this error on Edge, or ‘failed to load the PDF document’ on Opera, but it’s fine on Firefox. Does anyone know what causes this?

    Could you please try to follow these suggestions:
    1) upgrade MPDF library on the PDF&Print settings page if you didn’t do it yet.
    2) check that your Edge and Opera have the latest version. And update them if there are not.

    if the problem is still present:
    1) Activate a default WordPress theme for a while (Twenty Nineteen or Twenty Twenty) and check if the problem remains.
    2) Deactivate all of your plugins except PDF & Print and also check if the problem is still present. If it is not, activate the plugins one-by-one, meanwhile checking, after which plugin activation the problem appears again.
