    Hello. We bought a starter bundle from you two days ago, but we can’t login in and download the plugin. Your system does not recognize our account. We can’t get email from you because your email goes through a server called newhost.peepso.com (72.52.157.52). It doesn’t have a valid MX DNS record, so our email server rejects your email. The invoice # is 32920471. How can we fix this issue so we can receive email from you, log in, and then download the software? Thank you for your help. Mark Gilmore – Solari, Inc.

    Hello,

    We have contacted our server administrator. The solution is to disable the reverse PTR verification on your server. In his professional opinion configuring that option (reverse PTR verification) on a server is too strict because not everyone and definitely not all domains have a dedicated server or a dedicated IP.

    Our email server is configured well and we have never ever had such an issue with anyone before. We’re sorry but we will not be changing our server configuration.

    The solution is to either disable the reverse PTR on your server so you can receive our emails (and others that might be blocked as well) or open a ticket on our site and ask for a refund.

    I’m sorry but there’s nothing else that we can do here.

    Perhaps I should talk to your server administrator. Your DNS needs work because an MX record (mail exchange) is not set. This is DNS 101 stuff. I would be happy to help here. The issue had nothing to do with a reverse pointer issue as you suggest.
