We have absolutely no control over how Facebook operates, you will need to contact their support.

In the notice you saw, click the link on “If you think this is a mistake, please let us know.”

I understand that you do not control fasebook. I write because someone could have such a problem (or maybe). No one will reply to the message “If you think this is a mistake, please let us know.” people write and wait for months.

Only Facebook can change Facebook’s decision, there is no other way around it.

The qeustion is not who may change this – facebook, for sure, but there are no ways to communicate with them directly. Formerly there was an option to send e-mail. Now there isn’t. Has anybody ever dealt with the facebook support via regular e-mail? If so, would appreciate much any their contact e-mail.

I wouldn’t bother but you might try something suggested here…

Ask Facebook why… That’s all anyone here can tell you.

You could ask your web host, Hosting Ukraine LTD, about the problem. Maybe there’s some issue between your country, your IP, your host, or Ripe that precludes Facebook from seeing your website.

Maybe look into putting your website on Cloudflare if that’s possible.

But your best bet is to work your way through the contact info in the article I referenced earlier in order to ‘Ask Facebook’.

@nata_nata Do not use these WordPress forums when you already know what you need to do: contact Facebook as they’ve told you in that error message.

This is not a WordPress topic and I’m closing it.
