    I log in with my Paypal account and get the error”PayPal Payments is almost ready. To get started, connect your account with the Activate PayPal button on the Account Setup page.”
    Sto usando l’ultima versione di Paypal e l’ultima versione di tutti i plugin installati.

    In the logs I see this error:
    2025-01-16T17:08:38+00:00Critical
    Uncaught Error: Class ‘WooCommerce\PayPalCommerce\WcGateway\FraudNet\FraudNetSessionId’ not found in /var/www/vhosts/theartofshaking.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-paypal-payments/modules/ppcp-wc-gateway/services.php:1212 Additional context{ “error”: { “type”: 1, “file”: “/var/www/vhosts/theartofshaking.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-paypal-payments/modules/ppcp-wc-gateway/services.php”, “line”: 1212 }, “remote-logging”: true, “backtrace”: [ “”, “#0 /var/www/vhosts/theartofshaking.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-paypal-payments/lib/packages/Dhii/Container/DelegatingContainer.php(117): WooCommerce\PayPalCommerce\WcGateway\WCGatewayModule::WooCommerce\PayPalCommerce\WcGateway\{closure}()”, “#1 /var/www/vhosts/theartofshaking.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-paypal-payments/lib/packages/Dhii/Container/DelegatingContainer.php(56): WooCommerce\PayPalCommerce\Vendor\Dhii\Container\DelegatingContainer->invokeFactory()”, “#2 /var/www/vhosts/theartofshaking.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-paypal-payments/modules/ppcp-wc-gateway/services.php(1218): WooCommerce\PayPalCommerce\Vendor\Dhii\Container\DelegatingContainer->get()”, “#3 /var/www/vhosts/theartofshaking.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/” ] }

    I also tried putting in previous versions of the plugin but saw no change, how can I solve this?

    Hi @famarast

    Thank you for reaching out.

    The issue may be related to a conflict with another plugin or your current theme. To resolve this, I recommend performing a full conflict test to rule out any potential compatibility problems. Here’s how you can proceed:

    1. Activate the Default Theme
      Temporarily switch to the default Storefront theme. This will help determine if your current theme is causing the issue.
    2. Disable Other Plugins
      Deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments.
    3. Test the Onboarding Process
      Navigate to the PayPal Payments settings and attempt to reconnect your account. Verify if the error persists during the onboarding process.
    4. Re-enable Plugins One by One
      If the problem resolves during the test, re-enable your plugins one at a time, testing the onboarding process after each activation. This will help you identify the plugin causing the conflict.

    If the issue continues even after following these steps, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.

    Kind Regards,

    Krystian
