We don’t receive the emails

  • Hello,

    We are having problems with this plugin. The issue is that we don’t receive the emails. When we do a test to see if the form is working correctly we don’t receive anything, we have checked if the email was in the spam folder, but neither. Do you have any idea of what is happening?

  • Same question. I am not receiving any messages from others from my contact page. I even tried a test and still not getting them even in my spam. Not sure how to fix this as I am losing business if people try to contact me but I am not getting the messages. I deactivated contact form builder and tried it to see if that was a conflict but nope. Thanks

    We’re facing the same issue. I used to set in the email “To:” configuration “[email], [email protected]”, but it seems the second email adress never received notification and the first not always…

    I think this plugin is broken, I have 2 websites that after the last wordpress updated contact form 7 stopped working

    Same issue. And I agree. I think it’s broken.

    Does anyone know how to fix a broken link for this contact page?
