    Hello.
    We receive many carts in a few minutes, I attach a screenshot but it is not normal to receive many carts all at once and without a margin of hours.

    It is also activated to send the carts but it seems that the mails are not sent? What could be wrong?

    And in Number of Emails Sent we see 0 when sending is activated and there are 70 carts. We would like to solve it.

  • Same, a lot of abadoned carts form same time, at day, and also at night. For example 10x carts form 3:01 am, on 3 different products, after it, 7x carts at 3:14 am. Are these bots or a bug in the functioning of the plug-in?

    It seems your websites are facing an issue where bots are adding products to the cart randomly, and you’re experiencing what I’ll refer to as?spam and abuse attacks.

    While I am also not sure yet if I can classify this as a WooCommerce problem that the Woo team fix soon?or a general internet problem with eCommerce stores,?I am certainly sure the problem isn’t from our plugin, as these are bad bots working independently and with different spam IPs.

    With that being said, I have a few recommendations that I believe should help reduce the spam bots frequently dumping abandoned carts on your site. The first one is to use the Blackhole for Bad Bots plugin, which is available in the WordPress plugins repository. I am positive that this plugin will help catch some bugs and reduce spam attacks to a good extent.

    The second recommendation is to take a look at this guide and take steps to try to block bots by editing.htaccess file instead: https://www.seoblog.com/block-bots-spiders-htaccess/.

    You don’t need to do anything about this. This is just a text notifying you that we use the WooCommerce Action Scheduler to send the reminder emails. You don’t have to worry about this.

    I would like to tell you that another website has told us about this:
    from last night at 00.09 to this morning at 06.19 we have had 840 abandoned carts without stopping and without any purchase.

    I see that this is a recurring problem apart from the plugin you mentioned, is there a solution?

    Hi @desarrollomarksonoma this problem has been addressed in one of the responses above. This isn’t an issue with our plugin.
