    We have troubles with checkout in woocomerce with any paypal plugins.

    If the purchase sums up to a whole number like 1 kilo or 2 kilo in the quantity field on the card-page or checkout-page, any plugin works well. But we sell also in decimal numbers like 1,5 kilo and then the error occurs.

    /purchase_units/@reference_id==’wc_order_2Z0JFElj6sbtF’/items/0/quantity The value of a field does not conform to the expected format.

    Please help, what can we do?

    Hello @uliseu,

    From the error, it seems like PayPal doesn’t accept decimal values but I’m not sure what is the “expected format”.

    Perhaps a third-party plugin or your theme is altering the value before sending it to PayPal, you can test this by disabling all plugins and switching to Storefront.

    If you’re still experiencing the same issue even after doing the above, I suggest reaching out to the author of the PayPal plugin you’re currently using. They might be able to provide you with further assistance.

    we tested with different Themes, different Paypal-plugins and different plugins for advanced-product-quantity. We cleaned the cache and database. But everytime the same issue.

    May I ask is the site using a plugin to manage decimal quantities? Which Paypal plugin is the site using?

    It would be great if you please share a copy of your site’s System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

    As asked by Igor above, can you please share how decimal quantities were added to your site as this is not part of the core functions of WooCommerce? I checked your System Status Report, however, I am unable to pinpoint which plugin it is. In addition, have you reached out to the plugin’s developers for further assistance here?
