We mention counted, not showing up

Sometimes we mention picks up a mention, but doesn’t show it. At the time of posting this message, the page shows there are three reader responses to my post. One came in via the WordPress reply box. The other two are tweets. They show up in my WordPress comments list, but not on the page.

Webmention picked them up from Twitter, but hasn’t posted the comments.

I’ve noticed this happen before, but it’s not consistent. Sometimes those Twitter comments are published.
