We need some permissions

    I just tried your chat as I am interested in one for my website. I am using Chrome for Mac and when I try to launch the chat I get a message saying “We need some Permissions. There are the dialog of the browser window. Please grant access.”. However, there are no dialogs asking permissions.

    Hi @abu117

    This could be down to the browser itself,
    If you see a padlock/green area in the
    Url bar then click on it and select options/settings, it should show you the all the permissions for the page, simply allow the camera/mic sections and it should work then, but each browser is different so be aware of that
