We needed a robust KB, we found it.

We have, what we consider to be, a major project in the works. As such, we have been taking a deep dive into Basepress pushing its functionalities and stability to the limits. We’re happy to report that we are fundamentally very impressed. The product itself is very robust, it is scalable, and it is well-conceived. Does it do every single thing we want it to? Almost, but of note is that despite this being run by a small team, they are very responsive to support requests and feature suggestions. Developing a KB is a major commitment that needs to rely and trust its platform, Basepress has, to date, impressed us enough to believe we made the right choice. Definitely a five star plugin (and I rarely give those).
