    Hi we are a pms pro customer on a site with 1000 paying members. We found several bugs on your plugin that were admited by Georgian, one of your developers.

    We been trying to talk to you since June about this matters ( Double charges, extended subscriptions for no reason, CANCELING accounts of clients from the system without a reason etc… )

    Georgian started looking into it back then, but we are getting an answer every 2 weeks and its not moving forward, we sent you hundreds of messages through your support page, through instagram, through twitter, we offered to pay more for you to fix the issues and still we can’t get this to be fixed.

    Your plugin is the base of our business model and you are not dealing with the problems it has and this is causing serious issues for us.

    WE thought at first there was a problem with our emails, but we started talking to you from a different email adress and this is not improving, so i just think either Georgian or your whole support team is not doing what they should.

    Can you please take a look at one of the hundreds of emails i sent and get back to me to fix this problems for once and for all? Just assign someone to this case and make them take care of it until is fixed, we gave you all you need, a complete list of all the members with strange behaviours so you can find what the bugs are and why are they caused, we have our team ready to work with you for anything you need and we are happy to pay if necessary, but we need a fix.

    Hello there,

    I just saw this message as well. We’re in contact from my personal email and it seems to work now.

    As we explained before, you’re sometimes receiving replies but other times you’re not. Every single message you wrote was answered and our ticketing system is showing them as read by someone. I can’t explain what’s happening.

    We’ll talk more on email.

    i understand and i hope this time we can work it out.

    you need to understand our position where we are being told its an email issue even if we used 3 different email accounts to contact, first, second third time we assumed it was an email problem but after certain point we couldnt find any other ways to get in touch with you so we tried this forums, facebook, instagram, twitter etc.. Glad we are in touch now and i hope this solves all of our issues.

    Ok everything is been finally fixed or on track. The support is been Brilliant from the guys at cozmoslabs and the problem was that we werent able to reach each other through the ticketing system due to some kind of BUG.

    we got an alternative way on contact and everything went really smooth since.
