We upgraded four blogs to WP 2.8.4. Only TWO worked…

We recently had the guy who runs our server upgrade our version of WordPress for four blogs that we run. For some reason, only two of them work. It’s pretty strange. Haven’t quite figured it out.
Here is an example of one that works: https://www.11thr.com/blog
And here are the two that don’t:
https://www.11thr.com/entertainment
https://www.11thr.com/administrativeNo idea why these two didn’t work and the first did. Any ideas would be great. Can’t even log into “wp-admin” with the latter two…
