    Hello,

    A customer from Saudi Arabia send us a screenshot:

    We weren’t able to add this card. Check all the details are correct and try again or try a different card.

    There is no error logs on Woocommerce status, and it only show:
    [code] => 201

    [message] => Created

    The customer always failed to place order.

    How to resolve the issue please?

    Unfortunately, this is not something that can be resolved through the plugin itself. PayPal is likely declining the card for reasons that only PayPal’s system can identify. For more detailed information on why this specific card is being rejected, you would need to contact PayPal Merchant Technical Support directly. However, in many cases, they may not provide detailed reasons for the rejection.

    I recommend verifying the card details again, trying an alternative card, or contacting PayPal support for further assistance.
