    When using PMS registration for new customers, if they enter a “less than secure” password, they get an error but are not returned to the registration page to supply another password.

    Instead, a “subscriber” type user is created, the “customer” user type is not added, and the customer is not taken to the merchant payment screen. When they try to access the restricted content, nothing is displayed. If they log out and do a password reset, it’s not going to take them to the payment screen again. And I’m not sure if they were able to log in either.

    Hi @dgebel,

    1. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a full screenshot with everything you have installed related to Paid Member Subscriptions (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?
    2. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Misc -> Others -> and send a full screenshot from there (please make sure all the settings from that page can be seen)?
    3. What is the payment method/gateway used when this issue happens? Is it PayPal?
    4. Could you please provide the URL of the page where you have the PMS Registration form (where you encounter this issue)?
